VINCI Energies Acquires Special Machinery and Systems Manufacturer ROBO MAT

VINCI Energies has acquired the Swiss special machinery and systems manufacturer ROBO MAT AG. The company, based in Kleindöttingen, employs 52 people at two sites.

ROBO MAT specializes in the design, development, and construction of turnkey special machines, assembly and production systems equipped with robots, rotary tables, linear drives, vision systems, and marking and welding lasers, as well as palletizing systems. With its customized solutions, the company can rely on a solid and long-standing customer base, primarily in the Pharma & Medtech and industrial sectors.

With ROBO MAT, VINCI Energies strengthens its network in the field of automation and industrial performance, thus complementing the offering of its industrial brand Actemium. In Switzerland, the network offers its customers solutions in the fields of electrical engineering, automation, and information technology for processes in industry, environmental technology, and railways.

Thanks to ROBO MAT, the portfolio is expanded to include robotic machines and installation software for automation, vision systems, robots, and connection to MES systems. Thus, the VINCI Energies network can offer even more comprehensive Industry 4.0 solutions in the production environment.
