Deep Purple is a green hydrogen offshore energy system project in the North Sea in Norway, led by TechnipFMC, aiming at accelerating the energy transition. It uses excess wind power to produce hydrogen through electrolysis, storing it on the seabed.

As a partner of this project, Slåtland Mek, a process equipment fabricant, has commissioned Actemium Sarpsborg (Norway) to take part in the on-land Pilot phase that involves building and testing a prototype.

Our scope of work has been to deliver the entire work packages covering wiring for electrical and instrumentation, including the tubing.

Our contribution to the Deep Purple project underscores our dedication to advancing green hydrogen technology. Our expertise in electrical wiring and instrumentation ensures a seamless transition to a more sustainable energy future.
